6 Rounds:

Every 3 minutes:
6 Pullups
12 Burpees

Rest remainder of three minutes. Rounds wer :50 seconds for the first three, then almost 1:00 for the last three. Fatigue from doing the burpee challenge was a definite factor.

Back Squat 10 x 2 on each minute for 10 minutes.

Ended at 285lbs.
