50 db thrusters @ 20lbs
400 meter run
–> then max pull ups with remaining time: 26 pullups

rest 7 minutes then

WOD 2 – For Time – 5 rounds

10 owls @ 45lbs
10 db swings @ 45lbs
10 burpees
200 meter run @ 8.8mph
