Hang Cleans 3-3-2-2-1-1-1-1 reps

135-145-155-165-170-175-180-185 pounds

Build to max loads for a 3-, 2-, and 1-rep power clean over 8 sets. Start your first set of 3 around 70-75% of your 1-rep max and build gradually from there. Sets of 3 and 2 should take no more than 20 seconds — touch-and-go or singles. One set every 3-4 minutes gives plenty of rest. Vid is from last lift at 185.
