B: 4 x 12 (6 each leg) Front Rack Lunges. (90) seconds rest between efforts.
C: 8 minute AMRAP:
- 5 Deadlifts @ 135lbs
- 6 Cleans @ 135lbs
- 7 Box Jumps @ 20"

A: 135-155-175-185lbs
B: 1 x 85; 3 x 105lbs
C: 5 rounds even
