Push press 3-3-3-3-3-3
*Use 5-rep-max weight

Then,

21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps for time:
Shoulders-to-overheads @ 65lbs
Sumo deadlift high pulls @ 65lbs

Note: Used 155lbs for push press. Used push press for Metcon.
