The 240-pound bar was a struggle and I got the slightest help from spotter to make the lift.

10 rounds for time of:
5 double-kettlebell deadlifts
5 barrier get-overs
Use your hands to get over the barrier.
Tried this again today using 70-pound dumbbells and a 42-inch barrier, although I scaled the number of get-overs to 3 each round.
