Complete 10 rounds:
Row for 1 minute, rest for 1 minute..
Stroke Rate: 28

Makeup workout from Rowvember Day 16. The goal is to negative split while holding rate. The last few rounds should be a challenge to complete. Don't come out too hot. Started at 2k plus 4 and tried to go a meter further with each round. Paddle lightly during the rest periods.
