December 2025 CTC - Sixties with the Sixties
6x 60 seconds with 60 second recovery between each piece
No restrictions

I wanted to go for a one minute time trial on the last rep. I did a ten-minute warmup and then used the first five intervals to build. The goal was 300+ on that last interval. Fell below my target pace the last few strokes and came up one meter short 😞
