B: Snatch Grip Push Press 6x2 @ 135lbs.
C: EMOM 10-12-14-16-18-16-14-12-10 reps of wall balls. 

Notes: A&B -- Rest :90 seconds between sets. Must take bar from ground. Used 15lb wall ball.
