Notes: Still struggling to get my breath and fitness back after prolonged sickness all last week. With the cold, I have not rode the AAB regularly in the last month -- struggled to maintain an average of 57 RPM. Goal for a workout like this should be 63-66 average. Ball carry was from garage door, across Quill Ct. and back to garage door.
