Four Rounds:
25 sit-ups
25 jumping lunges
100m KB farmers carry (35)

Notes: Athletes should alternate legs on the jumping lunges -- goal should be to move unbroken through each of the movements. As written, the workout called for 100-foot farmers carry (70/53), due to availability I used the 35lbs and extended to 100 meters each round. This was not a challenge -- would have been better off retrieving the 53lb KB from weight room.
