Notes: This workout comes courtesy of Crossfit Linchpin. As Rx'd was 25 GHD's and 15 d-ball cleans @ 100lbs. Wanted to use the strongman sandbag at No Excuses, so subbed v-ups and sandbag cleans for this workout. The cleans were tough -- broke these into sets of 3-4 with 10 to 15 seconds between.
