1 minute of burpees
1 minute of banded sit-ups

15/14, 13/13, 12/12, 10/12 = 50 Burpees & 51 Sit-ups

The situps were TOUGH after a minute of burpees. I was sucking wind and it took me 10 seconds or so to start moving. A noble goal would be 15 reps of each movement each round.
