1) 12 SDHP @ 65lbs
2) 30 Russian Twists @ 12lbs
3) 12 Strict Press @ 65lbs
4) 40-second high plank

Warmed up on the rower before hitting this EMOM. Tougher than I thought, but that may have been a result of the humidity in the gym this morning.
