For Time:
44 Deadlifts @ 135lb.
44 Ball Slams @ 25lb.
44 Box Step-Ups @ 20" (alternating)
44 HSPU

Workout at No Excuses. Time was poor -- 22+ minutes. My heart rate was elevated throughout the workout -- breaks were too frequent and too long.
