"Hansen"
Five rounds for time of:
70-lb KB swing, 30 reps
30 Burpees
30 GHD sit-ups

Notes: Scaled to 53-lb KB and v-ups due to availability.

This was brutal. ALOT of burpees here, clearly the worst part of the WOD.
