Bench Press 3-3-3-3-3-3
*6 pistols between sets

Notes: I used Rogue MG-24 MultiGrip Bar again. All sets done at 205lbs. Pistols were done assisted, with one hand on the squat rack to help get out from the bottom. Focus on getting full depth -- unassisted I tend to go only to parallel.
