Conditioning

Notes: This is a PB for the 2k row. Really happy with this effort, especially coming off a 5k PB Wednesday.

My strategy was to treat this as 4 individual 500m pieces. For the 1st, 2nd, & 3rd intervals start with 20 hard strokes at the 500m intervals and settle into a manageable pace afterward. For the final 500m, give it all you have knowing it will soon be over. The 'power 20' at the start of each 500m interval got me to about 150m and I tried to keep the pace under 1:50/500m.
