60 second row @ r26, rest 45 seconds
30 second row @ r28, rest 60 seconds
15 minute row @ r22, rest 30 seconds
30 second row @ r28, rest 60 seconds
60 second row @ r26, rest 45 seconds
90 second row @ r24, done! 

Try to go faster on the back half without sandbagging the front half. Need to get better at finding target rate within 3 strokes - especially at the higher numbers.
