A: For time:
100 double-unders (2:1 singles)
25 toes-to-bars
25 deadlifts (155 lb.)
50 box jump overs (20 in.)

Notes: This was done at Brandywine Y. BJO were at a steady pace on plyo box
B: 10 minutes to heavy snatch
Best lift was 140lb. I thought I had loaded up 145 and I hit lift pretty easy so I tried 155. I failed twice but was right there with both lifts.
C: Every :30 for as long as able, complete 2 snatches at 135lbs.
Made it through 6 rounds.
