Front Squat
Push Jerk

Must clean bar from the ground. Rest as needed between sets.

135-145-155-165-175lbs. Limiting factor was having to clean bar from ground.

B: EMOM 10:
25 HS Shoulder Taps
100 Jump Rope Singles
