Not For Time:
30 calories, assault bike
30 handstand push-ups
30 calories, assault bike

Note: Workout was done at 80% with focus on consistency and quality of movement. Handstands were done in sets of 10 and bike was 2:15/2:18 for the two rounds. I can push and get the 30 cals in under two minutes.
