20 handstand push-ups
40 db snatches (50)
In Time Remaining: Max Strict Handstand Push-ups
Notes: Finished the last snatch with 7 or 8 seconds to go, but was not able to kick up to the wall for any additional HSPU.
Body Armor
3 rounds:
25 straight leg sit-ups
10 bent over rows (95)
Notes: No suggested weight was given, but 95lbs was too easy.
