Row Intervals 
3x 10 mins work // :30 seconds rest
1: 2k + 20 @ 18s/m
2: 2k + 18 @ 20 s/m
3: 2k + 14 @ 22 s/m

The 30 second rest periods were good for no more than a quick sip of water and wiping my face. This is a pace comparable to my best 30 minute time trial but at lower rates 🚣‍♂️
