Then, in the remaining TIME, row as far as possible.
The SCORE for this workout is the total calories rowed.
Notes: Finished with (41) calories. A repetition begins with the athlete touching chest and thighs to the
ground, and finishes with the athlete jumping with a two-foot take off
over the rower, and landing on the other side. I opted for step-over rather than jump-over.
