6 Deadlifts @ 225lbs
Notes: Head to 25-lb sandbell at Y. I need to find a deeper target for the HSPU, this does not provide enough of a challenge, although there is comfort in having the sandbell. All sets and reps were UB. Did not keep time because of set-up -- walk from wall to deadlift mat each round.
