12 power snatches
9 burpees
Men use 95-lb. barbell

Maintain an aggressive pace for all 3 rounds. If you can't complete 12 power snatches in 2 sets or less, reduce the load.

Row and burpees were UB each set; the snatches were broken 8/4 for all 3 sets. There was maybe :30 between sets to let heart rate lower -- should've blasted through these. Overall good workout for me and I was able to hold high intensity throughout.
