10 ball slams (decrease by 1 rep each round; last round is 1 ball slam)

-Battle Ropes: alternating wave (left/right = 1 rep)
-Ball Slams: (25lb ball)
-Farmers Carry: (53lb KB in each hand. Walked down and back stair master row in cardio room at JVILLE Y. Must touch KB to ground at turnaround.)
