1600M Run

Notes: Running has become a weakness for me. I duck it  when it comes up in WODs and the thought of anything more than 1/4 mile causes me to panic. Crossfit teaches us to attack our weaknesses instead of playing up our strengths. I can do HSPU, pistols or other movements that I excel at and never get better at running or pullups -- two of my weaknesses.

So I have committed to running a mile every day from now until my birthday - July 16th. The run can be a continuous mile or intervals as part of a WOD. The only stipulation is that it must be done as part of a single workout -- no 1/2 mile in the AM, 1/2 mile in the PM.
