HIIT Assault Bike 50/50 split
-alternate between arms only/legs only, switching every 5 calories until 50 calorie goal is met
-target watts for men 300w lower and 200w upper
-at 50 Cal do:
50 squats
50 push-ups
50 sit-ups
-repeat 50/50 split

Notes: Today was more of an active recovery day for me.I hadn't seen this variation of the workout either. Did 1 round of 50/50 in 4:54.
