For Time:
8...1 Back Squats (225#)
20 wall balls in between each set (15#)
Athlete will perform 8 back squats followed by 20 wall balls, then 7 back squats and 20 wall balls, etc... until the last round when a single back squat will be performed (no wall balls after this round). This works out to a toal of 36 back squats and 140 wall balls.
This was AWFUL. I got this workout from Jacob Heppner IG - Rx version is 335# back squats and 30# wall ball.
