Row Conditioning 
1400m with first 1k @ 2k pace + 1 second (1:57.4 + 1)
followed by remaining 400m at 'max' effort

I increased rate (31>34 spm) but did my best to maintain full long strokes. While I felt good through the entire effort, try dropping the rate down a few beats. Midline felt weak from yesterday's snatch/evil weheels workout.
