A: Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 kettlebell sumo deadlift high pulls (53)

Notes: This workout will start fast and slow down as you fatigue, especially on the TRX rows. Try to go unbroken for as long as you can, especially in the early rounds.
