Notes: I set drag at 115 and damper on the line between 5 & 6. Two ways to approach this workout -- the first option being to attempt a near max effort on the first round and then try to hang on as best as possible on the remaining efforts. The second option is to attempt to maintain a sub-maximal, but consistent, effort for all sets. I opted for the latter approach.
