Notes: Intentional interference is the name of
the game today. Normally manageable sets of relatively low skill movements will
become significantly harder rather quickly, which is part of the reason this
Metcon Reset was written. Remember, after each rest interval you should pick up
where you left off, almost like this was a continuous AMRAP.
