1 Minute Assault Bike (Hard)
25 Back Squats (empty bar)

Another VC men's workout, this time with David and Jordan. As written the workout allowed for 2 minutes of rest between rounds. Instead we cycled through with only one guy working at a time. Kept the RPMs at or above 70 each round. While the squats did not have to be unbroken, you could not set down the bar once you picked it up. Any rest was with the bar on your back.
