Sets of 5 Burpee Squat Jumps
—Rest 10-20 seconds between sets
Those split squats were straight fire 🔥🔥🔥! Start light and focus on controlling the movement. Used 25lb dumbbells and a 20-inch box for the split squats and floor press. This was so humbling!
