Crossfit Open 17.4
55 deadlifts @ 155lbs
55 wall balls to 10' target @ 15lbs
55 calorie row (damper set to 6)
55 burpees

Notes: Used women's prescribed weights for the workout. Subbed burpees for HSPU as I am a few days behind in my burpee challenge.

Five Rounds:

1 Minute Rest
