42 weighted sit-ups
15 bench press
30 weighted sit-ups

18 weighted sit-ups
Bench: 155 lb.
Situps: 10 lb.
Notes: Held 10lb plate overhead - standard for situps is plate must
touch ground above head at bottom of rep and floor in front of feet at
top of rep. Broke up the bench press but rested no more than :15 before getting back on the bar.
