Drag Factor / Damper Testing
Today's workout: drag factor/damper testing. 

Time to check in with ourselves and see how we've evolved as rowers, by testing several damper & stroke rate combinations. 

I wanted to sit on a consistent pace (~1:53/500m) despite the change in damper and stroke rate. Rower's choice between 8&9 with a 177 drag.
