From Crossfit Football: E Caf+

Complete 10 rounds:
Row for 1 minute 15 seconds, rest for 45 seconds

We've all done E CAF (1on, 1off for 10 rounds). The intention of today is to push some boundaries, just a little. We are increasing the amount of time we work and also decreasing our rest time - gradually. Our goal is the same - work to maintain consistency. Find a pace and rate that you feel you can hang onto for the duration of 10 rounds.

My intention was to hold 2K pace at a 26 stroke rate. Need to be more consistent from interval to interval. The focus on rate and pace has been paying off - I feel as though I am able to better generate power regardless of the chosen rate. Power through efficiency.
