3 rounds of heavy ladders, each with progressively heavier barbells
F 110-115-120-125-130 lb.
135-140-145-150-155 lb.
160-165-170-175-180 lb.
Notes: Got through the first two rounds with no trouble -- was loading the bar and hitting the lift right away. Missed the initial attempt at 160 and tried again and failed. No more attempts after that.
