At 10:00 complete the following:
60 GHD sit-ups
20 snatches (115)
60 step-ups to 24" box
ME Row: 1:44.9 (New PR!)
Metcon: Set the timer, but got interrupted for various reasons so no accurate time was kept. Could have pushed the pace more on the snatches (done in sets of 5 with some rest between). The workout was probably done at 75% of ME.
