14 single-arm dumbbell push jerks
Use a single, heavy dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.
Notes: Subbed v-ups and single-arm KB strict press due to equipment availability. Did not alternate arms, rather did 7 reps with right arm, then 7 reps with left arm.
