Crossfit Games 2018 Event #6 
Clean and Jerk Speed Ladder

3 rounds of heavy ladders, each with progressively heavier barbells
F 155-160-165-170-175 lb.
   180-185-190-195-200 lb.
   205-210-215-220-225 lb.

Notes: This was done at Jennersville Y with two barbells for faster transitions.  I scaled to only doing the first two rounds since each lift in Round 3 would have exceeded my personal best. In fact, the last bar of Round 2 was a PR for me!!

Round 1: 1:40 (no misses)
Round 2: 3:29 (no misses)
