CHUBB Finding The Fittest Week 3 Events

E5: 50 double KB deadlifts for time
-45lb KB in each hand
-5 minute time cap
  
Score: 0:59.82 seconds 

Notes: Went in thinking I would break for 3-5 seconds at 25 and then again at 40. Weight felt light and grip wasn't an issue -- at 30 reps I was still moving fast, so I decided to hang on and finish all 50 unbroken.

BuyIn: 2 miles on recumbent bike (not upright)

10 butterfly situps
15 air squats

Score: 123 reps (4 Rounds+3 Pushups)
