Stamina Conditioning
On the 4:00 x 3 Sets:
15 v-ups
15 calorie row
12 handstand pushups

Notes: I messed up my clock and the first two rounds were done on the 3:00 minute interval. For that reason I reduced the number of handstand pushups from 15 (kipping was RX) to 12. I was able to bang out the handstands unbroken each round, had I understood the clock correctly I could have kept this at 15 reps.
