5 rounds for time of:
1-minute handstand hold
21 toes-to-bars

Notes: This is ALOT of reps on the toes-to-bar today. Think about decreasing the volume of each round or modifying the movement to maintain consistency. A hanging knee raise is a good option with the benefit being preserving the hanging portion of the movement while decreasing the range of motion. Try to progress to a more difficult handstand variation than normally used -- a good example would be toe taps on the wall vs. keeping the legs static.

I opted for toe taps handstand for at least 20 seconds of each round. Holds were broken at 40/20 seconds for each round. Subbed hanging knee raises at 11/10 reps each round. There was a definite effect from the holds on the hang and vice versa.
